'Skeeter's Broom' is a small Japanese maple perfect for small gardens, balconies or terraces. It grows slowly and keeps a nice shape even without much pruning. This plant can withstand cold down to about -15°C, but protection is recommended in severe frosts, especially if it is in a pot. Pruning is only necessary to remove dead or damaged branches, preferably in spring.
