We are seeking a Financial, HR & Administrative Assistant for a newly created combined position, working 2 to 3 days per week.

At Green Bubble, we make plant shopping easy and fast. We deliver fresh, healthy plants straight from the grower and our own greenhouse to our customers’ doorsteps. With our unique Personal Plantshopper service, customers can select their perfect plant via WhatsApp in just a few clicks—quickly, easily, and completely tailored to their preferences!

We specialize in XL plants, outdoor plants, artificial plants, and matching pots and baskets, providing everything needed to create your own “green bubble.

What will you do?

In this dynamic role, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities, with financial tasks as the primary focus. In addition, you will provide support with HR and administrative duties. Your main responsibilities include:

Finance (priority)

  • Managing and processing financial data in Exact.
  • Preparing financial reports and summaries.
  • Invoicing, accounts receivable management, and payment processing.
  • Assisting in preparing budgets and forecasts.

HR

  • Supporting recruitment and selection processes.
  • Managing personnel files and processing HR-related administration.
  • Coordinating leave, absence management, and contract administration.

Administration

  • Maintaining general administrative oversight.
  • Managing correspondence and archiving.
  • Coordinating office-related tasks.


Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with experience in financial processes and an affinity for HR and administration. You thrive in a versatile role and can seamlessly switch between different tasks.

What do you bring to the table?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on financial tasks.
  • Experience with Exact is a plus.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Affinity for HR processes and personnel management.
  • Independence, accuracy, and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficiency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
