Shipping

Your new plants are sent directly from the nursery to your address with the utmost care and love. We want you to enjoy your green addition as soon as possible, so we ensure that your order is delivered to your doorstep within a few working days.

Because we understand how important it is that your plants arrive in perfect condition, we have designed our own boxes. These boxes are custom-made with an interior that ensures your plants are securely fastened and cannot move during transport. This way, they remain well protected and arrive in top condition. For larger plants, we use an external courier who ensures that the package is transported upright so that everything stays nicely in place. And for really large plants and trees, we use pallet transport to ensure that these also arrive at your doorstep in perfect condition.

Although we work with an external courier, we are unfortunately unable to bring orders inside or transport them to the garden.

Return policy

We aim for you to always be happy with your new purchase from Green Bubble. Nevertheless, it can happen occasionally that something is not quite to your liking. That's why we'd like to explain how our returns policy works!

Returning plants and flowers

Unfortunately it is not possible to return flowers and plants. Because we work with live products, we cannot guarantee that the quality will be maintained when these products are returned. After all, we want our green friends to always remain in top condition!

Ordered something else? No problem!

Have you ordered another item, such as a pot, basket or accessory, and still want to return it? Of course you can! You have 14 days after delivery of the product to return your order. Make sure the item is unused and in its original condition, so we can make someone else happy again.

Problems with delivery

It can occasionally happen that something goes wrong during transport. Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong item? Please let us know as soon as possible! (Within 4 business days)
We will make sure you get an appropriate solution, whether that is a replacement or a refund. Please contact our customer service team at service@green-bubble.com and include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the problem. We will make sure it is resolved quickly! 

How do you return an item?

Follow the steps below to ensure your return goes smoothly:


Carefully pack the items you want to return in the original packaging (or another sturdy box) and include a note with your order number. This way we will know immediately that the return is from you.

Take the parcel to your nearest post office and return it to us at the address below:

Please note: These instructions only apply to closed parcels. Will your order be delivered in an open box or on a pallet? If so, please contact us at service@green-bubble.com for further instructions.

Return conditions

  • Returns can only be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The costs and risk of returning are for your own account, so make sure you pack the package well.
  • Preferably return the items in one shipment, so we can process your return quickly.
  • Please include a note with your order number in the return parcel so we can identify who the return is from.
  • We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace. Without a track & trace code, we unfortunately cannot start an investigation if the return does not arrive.
  • Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 3 working days.
  • Have you received an incorrect or damaged item? Please contact us as soon as possible and we will solve it for you!

Refunds

Once your return parcel has reached us, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. You can expect this to happen within 1-5 working days. We understand that waiting for your refund can be frustrating, so we do our best to make this process as smooth as possible.

After processing your return, the refundable amount will be credited within 1-5 working days to the same payment method you used for the original purchase. This means you will see the amount back on your account or in your payment app, depending on the payment method you chose.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer an option to exchange items. Would you like a different variant or colour? Then feel free to place a new order. Please note: if you have used a discount code, it cannot be reapplied. But don't worry, we regularly have new promotions, so keep a close eye on our website!
