FAQs
What are the shipping costs for my order?
Have you placed an order over € 20 and does it include a plant? Then you only pay € 2.95 shipping costs with us! Please note that for XL plants, there is a small surcharge of € 4.95. So you will never be unpleasantly surprised during the ordering process. For shipping to Belgium, Germany and the France, additional costs are charged, which are visible in the checkout!
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered as soon as possible, we aim for a delivery time of 1-5 working days. We obviously aim for the fastest possible delivery. Plants ordered on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. If a product has a longer delivery time, this is always mentioned in the product description. We make every effort to deliver your plant(s) on time. Occasionally, however, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances.
What if I order several types of plants in one order?
Please note that you will receive several packages. Each plant has its own box and may come from a different grower. The delivery time per plant may vary, but most plants are delivered within 1-4 working days.
Can I have my order delivered to a different delivery address?
It is possible to specify a different delivery address if you want to give our plants as a gift. The invoice will not be included. This way, the recipient does not see the value of your order. You can indicate this during the ordering process.
Can I also pick up my order somewhere?
Do you live in Westland or the surrounding area? Then you can also collect your plant order from our nursery. Please contact us for this at: service@green-bubble.com or 06-86863976. It is also possible to collect your order yourself from one of the 2,000 DPD collection points. There is always one near you, whether it is a supermarket, Primera, Bruna, Post Office or one of the other affiliated shops. The cost for this is €2.50.
How will my order be packed?
Plants are fragile products. We will therefore pack and ship plants and orchids in particular with extreme care. We work with specially developed packaging. In this packaging, the plant cannot move freely, so your order can be sent safely.
Do I have a warranty on my purchase?
Is something wrong with your plant? How annoying! It could be that the plant is in the wrong place or is not receiving the right care. So send us a photo of your plant. In most cases, we can give you a golden tip to get your plant back on its feet.Did your plant die? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your purchase in this case. This is because the care cannot be controlled. However, we can send you a unique discount code that you can use to order a new plant that may suit you better.
Can I return/return or revoke my order?
Is the item you ordered not quite to your liking after all? Of course that can happen. At Green Bubble, you always have the option of returning your order within 14 days of the invoice date.For more information on returns, click here.
Can I also deliver my order abroad?
In the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Austria we have positive experience shipping our products. For shipping to other countries, we do not have a good overview of the conditions under which our products are delivered. We want to make sure that our products arrive in perfect condition, which is why we do not deliver to other countries at the moment.
Can I order only one or several jars?
It is possible to order pots and other extras without a plant. Shipping costs will be charged.
How can I submit a customer?

How can I keep up to date with great offers and interesting facts?
Stay informed by signing up for our newsletter. This way, you will receive an e-mail with fun offers and interesting facts at least twice a month.
How can I apply a discount code?
With various Green Bubble promotions, you will receive a discount code. When you enter this code when paying for your order, the discount is automatically calculated. Please note: when using a discount code, the minimum order value must be € 10 after using the discount code. If a product is already on sale, the discount code is not valid unless otherwise indicated.
How can I let you know about my experience after ordering?
After every order, we will send you an e-mail from WebWinkelkeur, an independent platform. This allows you to easily share your experience with a few clicks.
