Product Description
A super easy houseplant to look after, that's the Cactus Opuntia. Put it in your bedroom or living room; this sturdy houseplant couldn't care less. As long as it can bask in the daily sun. After all, that's what it was used to back in the desert!
Care & tips for the Cactus Opuntia - 120cm
The Cactus Opuntia is an easy plant and survives just fine, even if you're a real plant killer. New shoots keep growing from its flat pads, each with a shape of its own.
How much water does the Cactus Opuntia - 120cm need?
Make sure the soil is dry before you water the Cactus again. In summer that will be about once a week, in winter around once a month. It's important that the soil of the Cactus isn't too wet. That's how you prevent root rot.
How much light does the Cactus Opuntia - 120cm need?
The Cactus Opuntia is an incredibly easy houseplant. This tough guy is a real sunbather, though, so ideally it gets as much daylight as possible. The houseplant can go outdoors in spring and summer, but it isn't fully hardy. When temperatures drop, we recommend bringing the plant back inside.
Is the Cactus Opuntia toxic?
Take care: the sap released by the Cactus irritates the skin.
How is my Cactus Opuntia shipped?
This houseplant is delivered in a nursery pot. All our houseplants are shipped in boxes we designed ourselves: a snug inner fitting keeps the plant firmly in place so it can't shift in transit. Plants don't mind a day in a dark box, so your green friend arrives home in perfect condition.
