The Nerium Oleander is a beautiful flowering shrub that blooms profusely in the summer months with colorful flowers. This plant is ideal for a sunny garden, balcony or terrace. Although reasonably hardy, the Oleander is not completely hardy. In severe frosts, we recommend protecting the plant or putting it inside.
