Product Description
The Gasteria Verrucosa originally comes from the dry regions of South Africa, where it grows in rocky landscapes with plenty of sun and little rainfall.
Care & tips for the Gasteria Verrucosa - 25 cm
The Gasteria Verrucosa is a tough, compact succulent with thick, speckled leaves that grow in a rosette. This houseplant is ideal if you haven't got much time, because it asks for barely any care. Give it a warm spot and keep it away from cold draughts or long spells below 10°C. Its succulent leaves store water, so it copes well with drier periods.
How much water does the Gasteria Verrucosa - 25 cm need?
The Gasteria Verrucosa has a low water requirement and hates wet feet. Let the potting soil dry out completely before you water again. In winter the soil can stay dry for longer, because the plant is resting and uses very little water.
How much light does the Gasteria Verrucosa - 25 cm need?
This succulent likes a bright spot with plenty of indirect sunlight. Harsh, direct midday sun can damage the leaves, while too little light leads to less compact growth. A spot by an east- or west-facing window is ideal. The more light it gets, the better the leaf markings come into their own.
Is the Gasteria Verrucosa - 25 cm toxic?
The Gasteria Verrucosa is not toxic, which makes it a safe choice for households with pets or children.
