Product Description
The Ficus Elastica Tineke is also known as the Indian Rubber Tree. Indeed, until the 20th century, the Ficus Tineke was a major source of rubber extraction. The Elastica Tineke is related to the Ficus and counts more than 1,000 different species that you cannot immediately tell belong to the same family. Most Ficus species originate from tropical Asia.

The Ficus Tineke shrub is not a difficult houseplant to look after. However, it is sensitive to new environments. Should Ficus grow to one side, do not move the plant all at once but turn it a little every day. This is because in case of major changes, the plant may drop its leaves. A weekly spray will benefit Ficus' leaves. Dust and possible pests will not get a chance this way.
