Product Description

Ficus Benghalensis Audrey has been nicknamed the ‘Strangling Plant’ due to its unique and slightly aggressive growth habit. Indeed, in India, the Ficus climbs up on taller trees, strangles them, so to speak, and lowers its roots to the ground. Thus, Ficus Audrey takes the victim's place and can grow to great heights. In India, the tree is sacred and is called the Banyan Tree.

Water requirements of Ficus Benghalensis Audrey - 110cm

It is difficult to say exactly how much water your Ficus needs, because every plant has its own needs and drinks at a different speed. Some plants may need water faster than others. It is best to feel the soil: if the soil still feels moist from last time, wait a while before watering. Only when the soil deeper in the pot also feels dry, is it time to water again. When repotting your Ficus, it is handy to use a moisture meter, so you know for sure when it is the right time to water!
