Care & tips for the Dracaena Surculosa - 40 cm
The Dracaena Surculosa is a stylish houseplant with a unique look thanks to the yellow-green speckles on its dark green leaves. It grows slowly and needs little care, which makes it perfect for a calm home. Give it a draught-free spot and keep it away from cold air currents. Dusting the leaves now and then keeps the plant looking lovely and healthy.
How much water does the Dracaena Surculosa - 40 cm need?
The Dracaena's soil can be slightly moist, but always let the top layer dry out a little before watering again. In winter the plant can happily be kept a bit drier. Watch out for too much water, as this can cause root rot.
How much light does the Dracaena Surculosa - 40 cm need?
Place the Dracaena in a spot with plenty of indirect daylight. Too much direct sunlight can scorch the leaves, while a spot that's too dark hampers growth and dulls the leaf markings. A bright spot without harsh sun is ideal.
Is the Dracaena Surculosa - 40 cm toxic?
Yes, the Dracaena is mildly toxic if ingested, so keep it away from pets and children.
How is my Dracaena Surculosa - 40 cm shipped?
This houseplant is delivered in a nursery pot. All our houseplants are shipped in boxes we designed ourselves: a snug inner fitting keeps the plant firmly in place so it can't shift in transit. Plants don't mind a day in a dark box, so your green friend arrives home in perfect condition.
