The Schefflera on stem is not difficult to look after. However, this houseplant likes a constant temperature with a minimum of 15 degrees. In summer, you could easily place this houseplant outside, but in a light spot. The Schefflera on stem prefers a light spot, but not in direct sunlight all day. Make sure you do not place the Schefflera in a draughty corner, as the houseplant might suffer from mealy bugs or other vermin. Should this happen, spray the plant with water. This will remove all unwanted guests.

The Schefflera on stem is easy to look after and also consumes little water. A slightly moist soil is best for this houseplant, but in winter the soil may dry out a little between waterings.
