Send me pictures of this plantProduct description
Ficus is one of the most sought-after plants at the moment. This variety of Ficus Lyrata is branched, giving a nice lush effect to your living room. In nature, Ficus can grow up to 30 metres (!) high, but you don't have to worry about that. In your living room, it will keep a low profile. When you buy this Ficus, chances are that the green houseplant will drop some leaves in the beginning, simply because it needs some time to get used to its new surroundings. We will give it to you in the Joy Anthracite pot.
The Joy Anthracite is an ornamental pot made of plastic, with a high-quality lacquer finish, which meets the highest quality standards. The ornamental pot features a water reservoir, water gauge, frame and decorative stones.
Care & tips Ficus Lyrata branched
Fortunately, Ficus Lyrata Branched is not a difficult plant to look after. However, Ficus is sensitive to new surroundings. We therefore recommend not moving the plant too often. Is the plant growing to one side? Then turn it a little every day without moving the plant. That way, Ficus gets the same amount of light on its leaves all around. In the summer months, Ficus may receive some extra plant food for some extra nutrients.
Water requirements Ficus Lyrata branched
This pot is equipped with a wick (Wick). When the plant is thirsty, it draws water up through the wick. All you have to do is refill the water reservoir every now and then and find a good spot in the house! For the rest, the plant takes care of itself!
Light needs Ficus Lyrata branched
Ficus Lyrata branching does like a nice daylight. In fact, the plant needs it to stay beautiful and healthy. Be careful in summer, though. If Ficus is in front of a south-facing window all day, it might be a bit too hot. In that case, carefully move the Ficus a little more away from the window. If the Ficus grows few new leaves, this is often a sign of too little sunlight.
Is Ficus Lyrata branching poisonous?
Unfortunately, Ficus Lyrata branching is toxic if ingested. The sap contained in the stems also causes irritation on the skin. So be careful if you have children or pets.
