Vulcastrat is used when repotting plants. They are small stones that can soak up excess water in your plants. But how do you use vulcastrat properly when repotting?
Make sure you use a waterproof inner sleeve in your ornamental pot for a 100% waterproof guarantee
Place a water gauge in the ornamental pot and put a good layer of vulcastrat on the bottom
Place the houseplant in the pot, on top of the vulcastrat
Top up the pot with a mix of soil and vulcastrat
