- Place the meter in the soil
- The meter tells you how moist your plant's soil is
- Give the required water when the meter indicates it is needed.
- Remove the moisture meter from the soil after each use. If you leave it in the potting soil, it will rust and its effectiveness cannot be guaranteed!
