Thanks to the raised bottom, you don't need to fill the pot completely with soil. For extra stability, you can fill the bottom with sand, which you seal with the special cap. Will you use the pot outdoors? Then don't forget to drill through the mark on the raised base for good drainage. Note: after drilling, the pot is no longer suitable for indoor use.
