Payment methods

As an online plant shop, we specialise in delivering super fresh and seriously cool plants. Thanks to our short lines we skip the auction and every other detour. The result? Plants straight from the grower.

Which payment methods you are offered depends on the country we deliver to. Below you will find everything we accept, with the countries each method applies to.

We do not charge any extra fees for the payment method itself. Whatever you choose, the price of your order stays the same. Shipping costs are separate and you will see them at checkout before you confirm.

Credit card

Visa and Mastercard are accepted for every delivery country. You enter your card details at checkout; they are sent encrypted to your payment provider and are never stored by us. The amount is authorised immediately, so your order goes straight into picking.

PayPal

With PayPal you pay from your own PayPal account without giving us your bank or card details. After placing your order you are redirected to PayPal, sign in, confirm the payment and come straight back to us. Available for every delivery country.

Klarna

With Klarna you can take a proper look at your plants first and pay later. Which Klarna options you are offered is decided by Klarna based on your order; the exact terms, deadlines and any costs are shown by Klarna at checkout before you confirm. Available everywhere except Luxembourg.

To be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may pass your contact and order details to Klarna during checkout, so Klarna can assess which of its payment methods you qualify for and tailor them to you. Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Bank transfer

Prefer to transfer the amount yourself? After placing your order you are redirected to complete a bank transfer from your own account. Available for deliveries within the euro zone: the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France, Spain and Italy.

Do note one difference from every other method: we only ship your order once your payment has reached us. A transfer usually takes one to two working days, so your plants will arrive correspondingly later. In a hurry? Choose a card, PayPal or your local bank method instead.

Your local bank method

Most countries have their own way of paying straight from your bank account, without card details. You pick your bank, confirm the amount in the banking environment you already know, and come back to the shop automatically. Because the money arrives immediately, we can schedule your plants for shipping right away.

VVV gift card

We accept the Dutch VVV gift card. This method is only available for deliveries within the Netherlands.

Billink (business)

Billink is our payment method for business customers: you receive the plants first and pay on invoice afterwards. Available for the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Spain and Italy. You can read how it works on our page about business orders.

Paying safely

All payments run over an encrypted connection. Your payment details are handled solely by your own bank or payment provider and never reach us.
