popular-indoor-and-outdoor plants
For plants that can be placed both inside and outside Green Bubble is the place to be. These indoor plants can be put outside in the summer for some extra energy. We put the flowers (uhh... plants) outside!
Indoor and outdoor plants
When you move an indoor plant outside, it is important to do so carefully. Do not put the plant directly in full sun to avoid burning the leaves. First let the plant get used to its new surroundings by placing it in the shade. Remember to bring the plant back inside at a temperature below 15 degrees Celsius.
Outside, the plant gets more light, which means it also needs more water. Make sure the plant gets enough water to prevent it from drying out so it can continue to grow optimally.
Strelitzia (Bird of Paradise plant)
Strelitzia, also known as the Bird of Paradise plant, is native to South Africa but is also often found on the Spanish coast. This plant is known for the cracks in its leaves, a natural protection against wind. In summer, the Strelitzia is fine outside, directly in the sun. Make sure the plant gets enough water and bring it inside when the temperature drops below 15 degrees Celsius.
Banana plant (Musa)
The Banana Plant, or Musa, is native to Southeast Asia and Australia, but also grows in tropical areas. This plant can tolerate a lot of sunlight and therefore likes to be outside in summer. Like the Strelitzia, the Musa may stand in full sun. Make sure it gets enough water and bring the plant inside if the temperature drops below 15 degrees Celsius.
