The Schefflera Gold Capella isn't the trickiest plant to care for. It does like a steady temperature with a minimum of 12 degrees. In summer you can easily stand this houseplant outdoors, as long as it's in a sunny spot. The Schefflera Gold Capella prefers a bright spot, but not in direct sunlight all day. Do make sure it isn't standing in a draughty corner, because that leaves the houseplant open to mealybugs and other pests. If that happens, hose the plant down with water to wash off all the unwanted guests.

The Schefflera Gold Capella is easy to care for and doesn't use much water either. Slightly moist soil is best for this houseplant, although in winter the soil can dry out a little between waterings.
