The Philodendron White Knight originates from the tropical rain forests of South America. Here the Philodendron lives in the shadow of taller trees and large plants. The White Knight is characterised by its colourful leaves. The leaves are green with white leaf markings. 

Care & tips Philodendron White Knight - 30cm

The Philodendron White Knight is not difficult to care for. Place it in a spot in normal daylight and the Philodendron will soon be happy. Try to avoid direct sunlight, however, as this can cause the variegated leaves to shrivel up and dry out.

Water requirements for Philodendron White Knight - 30 cm

The Philodendron White Knight needs moderate amounts of water. Try to keep the soil slightly moist, but be careful not to over-water it. Too much water can cause root rot, which can cause the plant to die. We recommend to feel with two fingers in the soil to check if it is already time for watering. If the soil is already very dry after two days, you can water your Philodendron again. If the soil is still very wet after a few days, we recommend you wait a while.

Light requirements for Philodendron White Knight - 30 cm

Place the Philodendron in a spot in normal daylight. The plant will not appreciate direct sunlight. The leaves may burn and die, and the production of new leaves will not be encouraged. Make sure, therefore, that the Philodendron is not placed in a windowsill or in front of a window.

Yes, the Philodendron White Knight is unfortunately poisonous. Be careful with small children and hungry pets and put the plant at a safe distance.
