Care & tips Pachira Aquatica

The Pachira Aquatica is not a difficult plant to care for. However, this houseplant does need attention from time to time. Make sure you are aware of the correct care and the Pachira will shine for you.

Water requirements of Pachira Aquatica

The Pachira stores water in its stem and does not appreciate too much water. It is difficult to say exactly how much water Ficus needs. We recommend once every three weeks.

Light requirements for Pachira Aquatica

The Alocasia Zebrina is a plant that loves the sun on its bulb. So put the plant in a bright spot or in the sun. If the plant does not get enough daylight, the stems will droop limply.

Is Pachira Aquatica poisonous?

Unfortunately Pachira Aquatica is poisonous if ingested. The sap that is released when the leaves are cut can be irritating to the skin. Therefore the Pachira should be kept at a safe distance from pets and children.

Care & tips Kentia Palm

The fanlike, summery Kentia Palm can't wait to stand and shine in your home. With the Kentia Palm you can bring the tropics directly into your home. In addition, the plant is also mega easy to care for.

Water requirements for the Kentia Palm

The soil of the Kentia Palm should always remain slightly moist. Always feel this for each plant. If the soil is very dry after a few days, the plant can be watered again. If the soil is still very moist from the previous watering, it is better to wait a while. Too much water can cause root rot.

Light requirements for Kentia palm

The Kentia is very easy when it comes to its location. It will survive in a light or shady spot. Be careful not to place it in direct sunlight as its leaves may burn.

Is the Kentia Palm poisonous?

No, the Kentia Palm is not poisonous and therefore fits in with the animal- and child-friendly houseplants. Please note that the two other plants in this combination deal are poisonous.

Water needs Alocasia Zebrina

The soil of the Alocasia may remain slightly moist. By just sticking your finger in the earth, you will know whether the earth at the roots is dry. If this is the case, it is time to water the air-cleaning houseplant. Do this on a weekly basis.

Light requirements Alocasia Zebrina

The Alocasia Zebrina is a plant that loves the sun on its bulb. So put the plant in a bright spot or in the sun. If the plant does not get enough daylight, the stems will droop limply.

Is my Alocasia Zebrina poisonous?
